I've had an interesting few days, with interesting conversations, amongst fabulously riveting people.

In other words:
โ Make certain you KNOW the people in your life. Who you choose to be surrounded by.
โ Make sure they are FOR you, and not AGAINST you.
โ Make certain there is mutual respect and honesty.
โ Make sure there is mutual alignment toward the common goal.
If not... the seas will be rough. And you're pretty much screwed (sorry, but you really are).
You'll sink in no time. (Depending on how fast someone is at drilling holes perhaps.)
No man is an island !
Rest assured you WILL be affected by your surroundings, your relationships, the immediate people surrounding you, the ones you interact with regularly.

So, if any of your Life Crew are drilling holes left-right-center instead of rowing towards land...

๐Accept the fact that your boat is sinking.
๐Speak up and have uncomfortable/difficult conversations.
๐Set solid boundaries. Protect your body, mind, spirit and energy ๐
๐Have the courage to make tough decisions if the boundaries are not met.
๐Ultimately, this may look like 'firing' some of your 'crew members' too ๐โโ๏ธ (See ya! Adios! Au revoir! Ciao!)
How can you sail along your destiny in one piece if you constantly find that your crew instead of helping, is sabotaging instead?
You can't !!! ๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ฑ
