One Step Closer or Further Away?




Life can get hard.


Issues we don’t expect can sideswipe us.


But rehabilitation and equilibrium IS inevitable with consistent effort.


In what quantity?


The DEGREE of rehabilitation depends on the person, the issue at hand, the application of a solid plan of action, the environment, time and... DETERMINATION.


ONE thing’s for sure, you WILL progress to a greater level of recovery than where you started from, if you take consistent positive ACTION.


So what are the choices here?


1. Give up & settle for more of the same

2. Jump into the unknown with positive action


That’s it. No inbetween.


What are YOU choosing daily?


With your thinking, with your behaviour, with your overall reaction to situations?


With your longterm action plan? Do you even have one? This applies to ALL areas of life where you desire CHANGE.


With all of the above, what are you subconsciously committing to each moment? More of the same?

OR one step closer to where you want to go?
