I was feeling very anxious when I had my “T” after a loud noise exposure.

I was very depressed and not sleeping well. Some nights no sleep at all! This made me feel depressed and isolated.

 

Since joining the Tinnitus Therapy online with Marie-Chantal I’ve noticed a big improvement in my anxiety and depression even before the 12 weeks. She will teach and guide you on how to deal with your tinnitus and anxiety (anxiety makes your tinnitus worse.)

 

After the 12 weeks I’m back to my pre-tinnitus life. Able to sleep at least 6 hours at night.

I learned how to ground myself and do CBT if my anxiety flares up. She taught me to continue to live my life happily and not to give attention to my tinnitus.

 

I highly recommend it to anyone who needs help with management of their Tinnitus.
